On the evening of July 28, Bertley announced that in order to seize the opportunities for industrial development and strategic planning needs, the company has established a wholly-owned subsidiary "Wuhu Bertley Morocco Automotive Safety Systems Company" in Morocco, engaged in the production and sales of automotive parts products, with a total investment amount of 75 million US dollars. The company has obtained the "Certificate of Overseas Investment by Enterprises" and the "Notice of Filing for Overseas Investment Projects", and has recently completed the relevant registration in Morocco.
