Tongbao Energy: Investment in Wind Power Projects

Tongbao Energy Announcement: The company has established Tongbao Clean Energy Co., Ltd. to invest in and construct a 100,000-kilowatt wind power project in Youyu, and Tongbao Clean Energy Co., Ltd. to invest in and construct a 170,500-kilowatt wind power project in Fanshi County. The total investment in the 100,000-kilowatt wind power project in Youyu is 559 million yuan, with a total installed capacity of 100MW of wind power generation units, the construction of a new 220kV boost station, 35kV collection lines, and other corresponding supporting facilities. The total investment in the 170,500-kilowatt wind power project in Fanshi County is 861 million yuan, with a planned installed capacity of 170.5MW, and the construction of a new 220kV boost station and corresponding supporting facilities. The funds come from self-raised by the company and bank loans.
