According to CCTV News, the Beijing Municipal Agriculture and Rural Bureau announced the establishment of a green channel for agricultural insurance payouts to quickly respond to the impact of recent rainfall on agricultural production. Insurance institutions have coordinated overnight, following the principles of "quick on-site investigation, quick loss assessment, and quick compensation", simplifying the insurance reporting process to ensure that on-site investigation is conducted within 24 hours after farmers report a claim and that compensation is quickly completed. In addition, Beijing has stored 112,500 kilograms of disaster relief seeds and more than 50,000 pieces of prevention and control materials, coordinating the storage of 1,266 sets of farmland drainage equipment in various districts to ensure the resumption of agricultural production. Agricultural experts have been sent to places like Miyun to guide the resumption of production, and relief materials distribution and farmland drainage work will be launched depending on the situation.
