Jiangsu Shentong Holding Group's major shareholder has released a pledge on 1.34% of the company's shares.

Jiangsu Shentong announced that the company's controlling shareholder, Juyuan Ruili, has released the 6.79 million shares it held in pledge, accounting for 8.21% of its shareholding and 1.34% of the company's total share capital. The start date of the release of the pledge is September 4, 2024, and the maturity date is July 25, 2025, with Guotai Haitong Securities Co., Ltd. as the pledgee. As of the disclosure date of the announcement, Juyuan Ruili has a total of 16.8 million shares pledged, accounting for 20.32% of its shareholding and 3.31% of the company's total share capital. The pledged shares of Juyuan Ruili do not face the risk of forced liquidation or transfer of ownership, and will not result in a change in the company's actual control.
