On the evening of July 27th local time, a shooting occurred in El Empalme County, Guayas Province, central Ecuador, resulting in at least 11 deaths and 4 injuries. Local police said that 8 attackers opened fire on a bar in El Empalme County, where there were at least 50 people at the time.
