Zhejiang Maritime Department has initiated a Level 3 emergency response for typhoon prevention at sea, and several coastal passenger ferry routes have been suspended.

The Zhejiang Maritime Safety Administration initiated a level three emergency response to typhoon prevention at 7 am this morning. As of 10 am, 47 coastal passenger shipping routes in Zhejiang have been suspended, 155 water projects have been halted, and 454 construction vessels have been evacuated to safe waters.
