The Ministry of Ecology and Environment held a routine press conference this morning. Officials from the Ministry of Ecology and Environment introduced that in order to implement the requirements of reducing the burden at the grassroots level, the reporting process will be simplified this year. They will continue to carry out two demonstration projects: "Green waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets" and the construction of ecological civilization demonstration areas. According to the introduction, the newly revised regulations and construction indicators for the creation of ecological civilization demonstration bases will be announced soon, and a new round of selection work will be initiated.
