Citigroup (Citi) launches high-end credit card to compete with American Express and JPMorgan Chase.

According to the Securities Times APP, Citigroup (C.US) has launched its new high-end credit card - Strata Elite, joining the competition in the credit card market targeting high net worth customers led by American Express (AXP.US) and JPMorgan Chase (JPM.US).
