A passenger train in Germany derailed, resulting in several deaths.
On the evening of the 27th local time, around 18:10, a passenger train derailed in the Bebra area of Baden-Wrttemberg in southwestern Germany, resulting in several deaths and multiple injuries. Fire and rescue departments, as well as emergency rescue personnel from the state and federal police of Germany, have arrived at the scene. The train involved in the accident was a regional express train of the German railway company, carrying about 100 people at the time of the accident. Photos from the scene of the accident show a yellow and white train car overturned on the tracks in the woods. According to German media reports, the region had been hit by a severe storm before the accident.
