Beijing's Pinggu District issues red alert for heavy rainfall.

According to the Beijing Meteorological Bureau, a red alert for heavy rain has been issued for Pinggu District. It is expected that from now until 8:00 on the 28th, some areas of Pinggu District may receive cumulative rainfall of over 150 millimeters in 6 hours.
