Continuous heavy rain in the Vietnamese province of Son La has caused flooding which has already resulted in 2 deaths.

On the night of July 26th local time, continuous heavy rain in the province of Sanluo, Vietnam caused flooding, resulting in 4 houses being washed away and 4 people swept away. Currently, 2 people have been confirmed dead and 2 others are still missing. Local government has evacuated dozens of residents overnight. According to the forecast from the Vietnam National Hydro-Meteorological Forecast Center, rainfall in Sanluo province is expected to decrease today, but there is still a risk of landslides in some areas due to high soil moisture levels.
