On July 26, 2025, the World Artificial Intelligence Conference announced the Outstanding Artificial Intelligence Leader SAIL Award, and Marco, the AI solution for Ali International Cross-border E-commerce, won the SAIL Star of this session, becoming the first recipient in the field. Marco was developed by the Ali International AI Business team, supporting more than 30 languages and covering over 60 e-commerce scenarios in the entire chain. From generative large models to AI agents, it solves a series of problems for merchants such as marketing, compliance, and after-sales, at a lower cost than mainstream large models.
