According to the Beijing Meteorological Observatory's announcement at 0:00 on the 27th, the average precipitation in Beijing from 10:00 on the 26th to 0:00 on the 27th was 15.9 millimeters. The highest precipitation occurred in Miyun Jiayu with 297.2 millimeters, and the highest precipitation intensity occurred in Huairou Dongyu, with 95.3 millimeters of precipitation from 22:00 on the 26th to 23:00 on the 26th. Currently, Huairou, Miyun, and Yanqing are under the red alert for heavy rain, while Changping is under the blue alert. According to the announcement from the Beijing Municipal Transportation Commission, as of 1:30 on the 27th, a landslide occurred at the exit of the Hengling Tunnel at K105+795 of the Miyun section of G234 Xingyang Line, and both directions were closed. In the direction of Beijing on the G111 Jingmo Line, near Liujia Store Village at K80+292 of the Huairou section, a communication pole fell, and near Gaolingtun Village at K70+100 of the Huairou section, trees fell due to strong winds, and at K37+600 of Fanzhailu North in Dadicun, Huairou district, there was falling rock from the mountain. As required for disposal, both directions were closed. Currently, rescue forces are on their way to the scene. In addition, the section from K0 to K2+163 of X918 Miguan Road Heilongtan Branch in Miyun district is closed; G234 Xingyang Line in the Miyun section from K82 to K126+847, X015 Huangxia Road from K7 to K36+177, X008 Xihuolu from K4 to K29 in Miyun district, G234 Xingyang Line in the Huairou section from K139+122 Malushui Bridge, X022 Xidelu from K0 to K2+673 in Miyun district, G234 Xingyang Line near Mayingcun at K8 in the Miyun section, and X211 Sibaolu from K0 to K26+320 in Yanqing district, have implemented traffic closure measures.
