The China Meteorological Administration officially released the "MAZU" early warning system for all citizens at the opening ceremony of the 2025 World Artificial Intelligence Conference held in Shanghai on the 26th. They also donated the "MAZU-Urban" urban multi-hazard early warning intelligent body to representatives from Djibouti and Mongolia, marking the beginning of a cross-border meteorological disaster prevention and reduction mission with this intelligent body deeply integrating artificial intelligence technology and meteorological science. The project aims to construct a global early warning service network including multi-hazard warnings, and to share Chinese experience and technological achievements with the world, particularly developing countries, in order to narrow the gap in early warning capabilities and collectively address global climate challenges.
