According to Taiyuan Daily, on July 25th, it was learned from a press conference held by the provincial government's news office that Shanxi Province has included products for home aging-in-place renovation in the scope of the consumer "trade-in" policy, with each person eligible for a maximum subsidy of 18,000 yuan. Currently, based on relevant national documents, Shanxi Province has compiled a directory of home aging-in-place renovation products eligible for subsidies under the "Jin Xiaohuanxin" action plan by 2025. Individuals who purchase the listed products for home aging-in-place renovation can receive subsidies. The province adopts a unified "pay-and-receive subsidy" model, where consumers can enjoy a 30% subsidy on the actual selling price when purchasing eligible aging-in-place renovation products from participating vendors. Each person can receive a maximum subsidy of 18,000 yuan.
