On Friday, the National 100 Index of the Istanbul Stock Exchange in Turkey closed down 0.43% at 10642.60 points. It has gained 2.67% this week, approaching the previous peak on March 17 at 10902.61 points and the all-time high of 11252.11 points on July 18, 2024. The Istanbul Stock Exchange Bank Index also fell by 0.43% to 15999.40 points, with a 0.70% increase for the week, also approaching the previous peak on March 17 at 17131.70 points. The Turkish lira against the US dollar has mostly traded at high levels so far today, with a cumulative decline of 0.43% this week. On the daily chart, it fell to a new all-time low of 41.9184 lira on July 24. In the past six months, there have been six days of intense fluctuations on the daily chart.
