The financial and economic news app, Wise Finance, has announced that Dingtai Gaoke (301377.SZ) has released a notice. According to their development strategy and business plan, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary Guangdong Dingtai Robot Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Dingtai Robot") and Zhongke Silica (Nanjing) Robot Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongke Silica") jointly invested in the establishment of Guangdong Dingtai Zhongke Robot Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Dingtai Zhongke"). Dingtai Zhongke has a registered capital of 5 million RMB, of which Dingtai Robot has subscribed and paid in 3.5 million RMB with its own funds, holding a 70% stake. After this investment, Dingtai Zhongke has become a subsidiary controlled by the company and is included in the company's consolidated financial statements.
