A-share Pharmaceuticals-B (06855) completes a placement of 22 million existing shares before issuing new shares, raising approximately HK$1.4925 billion.

The Zhixun Finance APP reported that Asiapharm-B (06855) announced that all preconditions for the placement have been met, and the placement is scheduled to be completed on July 17, 2025. The placement agent has successfully placed a total of 22 million shares at a price of HK$68.60 per share to at least six underwriters in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement and subscription agreements.
