On July 25, 2025, the Chuangjinhe Xinshou Agricultural Industry Park REIT was successfully listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange. Data shows that as the first domestic REIT project focusing on "headquarter economy" in the technology innovation industry park, the issuance scale of the Chuangjinhe Xinshou Agricultural Industry Park REIT reached 3.685 billion yuan, with a term of 16 years.
