China Photovoltaic Industry Association: The forecast for new installed photovoltaic capacity in China by 2025 has been revised to 270-300 GW.

On July 25th, the China Photovoltaic Industry Association held a seminar in Datong, Shanxi, to review the development of the photovoltaic industry in the first half of 2025 and discuss the outlook for the second half of the year. Wang Bohua, Honorary Chairman of the China Photovoltaic Industry Association, raised the forecast for new photovoltaic installations in 2025. The global forecast for new photovoltaic installations has been raised from 531-583GW to 570-630GW, and the forecast for new photovoltaic installations in China has been raised from 215-255GW to 270-300GW.
