Wu Guogang, Deputy Director of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, stated that the department will strengthen standardization and protection of intellectual property rights to support industrial technological innovation. It will fully leverage the leading role of standards in guiding the high-quality development of the photovoltaic industry, enhance the top-level design of standardization work, strengthen coordination along the entire industry chain, increase the supply of advanced standards, improve the efficiency of standard implementation, perfect testing standards and intellectual property rights systems, conduct quality spot checks on a regular basis, and provide solid support for the high-quality development of the photovoltaic industry by laying a solid foundation.
