According to the Haihe River Water Resources Commission of the Ministry of Water Resources, based on the relevant provisions of the "Haihe River Flood Control and Drought Relief Command Headquarters Flood Control Emergency Response Plan" and the "Work Regulations for Emergency Response to Water and Drought Disasters of the Haihe River Water Resources Commission of the Ministry of Water Resources", taking into account the rainfall and flood season, after research, starting from 22:00 on July 24, the flood control emergency response level of the Haihe River Flood Control Headquarters will be raised from level IV to level III, and the flood defense emergency response level of the Haihe River Water Resources Commission will be raised from level IV to level III. All relevant departments and units are requested to further strengthen their responsibilities, enhance duty and reporting, effectively carry out various tasks in water and drought disaster prevention, and ensure the safety of people's lives and property.
