The storm surge warning level in Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province is yellow, while the warning levels in Shanghai, Jiaxing City, Zhoushan City, and Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province are blue. It is expected that the storm surge warning will be lifted on the 26th. Coastal governments and relevant departments are urged to be prepared for storm surge defense duties; organize all types of vessels to return to harbor for shelter, and carry out maintenance, reinforcement, and other defense measures for aquaculture facilities and fish farms; strengthen inspections of coastal dikes, floodgates, and other facilities, and timely reinforce vulnerable and dangerous areas.
