The transaction floor price was 56,247 yuan/square meter, with a premium rate of 30%. The land parcel is planned for ordinary commercial housing land, with a total area of 26,232.04 square meters, a plot ratio of 2.5, a calculated area of 65,580.1 square meters, and a starting price of 2.8375 billion yuan. The land parcel is located in the Xinzhuang Urban Sub-center, east to Shuiqing Road, south to Shuying Road, west to Yangshui Road, and north to the land red line.
