According to the Wall Street Journal app, Jefferies has upgraded Enbridge (ENB.US) stock rating from "hold" to "buy" with a target price of 72 Canadian dollars; at the same time, they have downgraded Pembina Pipeline Corporation (PBA.US) rating from "buy" to "hold" with a target price of 53 Canadian dollars.
