Currently, China's caviar production accounts for 60% of the global total, with Tianquan County in Ya'an, Sichuan Province being an important production area in China. The caviar from this county is exported to more than 30 countries worldwide. At present, the caviar produced in Tianquan, Sichuan is priced at less than 10 yuan per gram. The local government has implemented measures such as "shared fish ponds" and precise processing to turn "foreign specialties" into "local business cards", gradually making their way to dining tables around the world.
