Henan successfully issued government bonds worth 27.68541 billion yuan.

According to the news released by Henan Province, on July 23, Henan successfully issued government bonds worth 27.68541 billion yuan in Beijing. Among them: 2.5 billion yuan of new general bonds will be mainly used for transportation, education, and other construction projects in the cities of Zhengzhou and Xuchang; 13.3206 billion yuan of new special bonds will mainly be invested in the construction of 120 key projects such as municipal and industrial park infrastructure, affordable housing projects, and transportation infrastructure; and 11.86481 billion yuan of refinancing special bonds will be used to replace existing hidden debt.
