Shanghai Electric and Dafei Group have reached multiple consensuses on topics such as the synergy of the international shipping industry chain.

On the morning of July 22nd local time, Wu Lei, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of Shanghai Electric Group, held talks with Christian Cabrol, Executive Vice President of France's CMA CGM Group. The two parties reached multiple agreements on topics such as clean energy equipment manufacturing, port decarbonization transformation, and synergies in the international shipping industry chain. Wu Lei expressed his expectation that the two parties, based on previous project cooperation, would combine Shanghai Electric's intelligent manufacturing capabilities with CMA CGM's global shipping network advantages through joint research and development, project construction, and other models, to jointly build a complete solution from green fuel production to ship applications. Christian Cabrol stated that CMA CGM Group attaches great importance to its business in China and looks forward to strengthening cooperation with Chinese partners such as Shanghai Electric in the areas of high-end equipment manufacturing and green logistics, focusing on ship green fuel, Eurasian green shipping, green aviation oil, and other sectors, to provide new commercial practice samples for global climate governance, leveraging the bond of friendship between Marseille and Shanghai.
