On July 23rd, State Grid Xinyuan Holdings Co., Ltd. signed a capital increase and share expansion agreement at the Beijing Property Exchange. The scale of this capital increase and share expansion project is 36.5 billion yuan, creating the largest cash fundraising scale for state-owned assets trading. China Petroleum, China Life Insurance, Wanxiang Group, Agricultural Bank Investment, Industrial and Commercial Bank Investment, Bank of China Asset Management, China CITIC Financial Assets, Taiping Life, Wanxiang Capital, and Sichuan Investment participated in the capital increase.
