Zhtng Cijng APP news, China Innovation Investment (01217) announced that recently, China Innovation Investment Limited (the Company) discovered suspected fraudulent activities conducted in the name of the Company. These activities include: (i) unauthorized use of the Company's name to publish investment platforms and applications online, using the Company's and the Company's directors' information; forging false documents with the Company's name and seal; and impersonating the Company's directors to commit fraud, attempting to deceive the public to participate in illegal investment projects.
