General Administration of Customs issued the "Regulations on the Supervision of Hainan Free Trade Port by the Customs of the People's Republic of China"

The General Administration of Customs has formulated the "Supervision Measures of the People's Republic of China Customs for Hainan Free Trade Port" and is hereby promulgated. Customs shall supervise and manage the following objects in accordance with this measure: transportation vehicles, containers and other transportation equipment, personnel, goods, and items entering and exiting between Hainan Free Trade Port and other countries and regions outside the People's Republic of China; goods with "zero tariffs" entering other areas within the People's Republic of China from Hainan Free Trade Port, as well as goods enjoying processing value-added tax exemption policies and goods subject to relaxed trade management measures when entering Hainan Free Trade Port from abroad; and goods in Hainan Free Trade Port that have not yet completed customs procedures.
