Bohai Bank: The appointment qualification of Jin Qi as Chief Risk Officer has been approved.

Bank of Bohai announced that the bank has recently received the approval from the National Financial Supervision and Administration Bureau regarding the appointment qualification of Qi Jun as Chief Risk Officer of Bohai Bank. According to relevant regulations, the National Financial Supervision and Administration Bureau has approved Mr. Qi Jun to serve as Chief Risk Officer of Bohai Bank, and he will assume office starting from July 21, 2025. Qi Jun currently serves as Vice President and Chief Risk Officer of Bohai Bank.
