The Joint Investigation Team of Hangzhou City has released the investigation results of the strange smell in the tap water in Yuhang district. Regarding the issue of citizen service guarantee: In order to better respond to the concerns of the public, on the basis of previous visits, cleaning of water tanks, sampling and testing of end-of-tap water, and providing health services to residents, the special service teams in streets and villages will strengthen coordination, continuously follow up on registered citizen complaints, and provide door-to-door tracking services; continue to actively conduct quality testing of safe water supply, decisively ensure water supply safety, and promptly provide health monitoring and medical services. For users whose water purifier filters have been affected by abnormal water supply, free replacement of the filters will be provided; considering the actual situation of stored water discharge in the supply pipes of water users in 49 villages in 2 affected streets in the recent period, the water fee for July will be fully waived; on the 16th and 17th, relevant products produced by food companies in the two streets have been sealed, and subsequent classification will be based on the test results.
