Agricultural Bank announcement: Due to reaching retirement age, Xiao Xiang has requested to resign from the position of non-executive director of Agricultural Bank of China, as well as from the board's Strategic Planning and Sustainable Development Committee, Risk Management and Consumer Rights Protection Committee, and the Risk Committee of the US Regional Institutions. Xiao Xiang has confirmed that there are no disagreements with the board and has completed the handover work in accordance with the relevant requirements.
