Chinese Communist Party delegation visits El Salvador.

On July 21-22, 2025, Ma Hui, Deputy Minister of the International Department of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, led a delegation of the Communist Party of China to visit El Salvador. They met with Vice President Ulloa of El Salvador, held work talks with the Chairman of the New Ideas Party, Safra, visited the party's political training school, and had discussions with experts and scholars at a think tank. Both sides positively evaluated the relationship between China and El Salvador and the party-to-party exchanges, expressing their willingness to strengthen the exchange of governance and national governance experiences, and promote the continuous development of bilateral relations.
