Lujiazui Group: Completion of the Project Acceptance of Plot 13-01 in Qiantan, Pudong New Area

On July 17th, the project of plot 13-01 in the former Bund area, invested and constructed by Shanghai Yaoti Industrial Development Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Lujiazui Group, located in the northwest gateway of Qiantan in Pudong New Area, passed the completion acceptance. The project covers an area east to Yaolong Road, west to Qianyao Road, south to Yongyao Road, and north to Linyao Road. The total construction area of the project is 176817.2m, with an above-ground construction area of 111056.7m, including 2 17-story office tower T2 and T3, 1 13-story Waldorf Astoria Hotel H1, and 1 1-story cultural entity C2. The Waldorf Astoria Hotel is the second Waldorf Astoria brand hotel in Shanghai set up by the Hilton Hotel Group, following the Shanghai Bund Waldorf Astoria Hotel.
