The Supreme Court released a judicial interpretation on executing objection lawsuits, with new rules expanding the scope of protection for home buyers.

Today, the Supreme People's Court issued the "Interpretation on the Application of Law Issues in the Trial of Cases of Objecting to the Execution of Judgments," which further refines and specifies the protection of the rights and interests of consumers of commercial housing, expanding the scope of protection and more vigorously safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of homebuyers. This interpretation will come into effect on July 24, 2025.
