According to the Qichacha APP, Wuhu Xinhua New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. was recently established, with Yang Zhe as the legal representative. Its business scope includes sales of new membrane materials, synthetic materials, high-performance fibers and composite materials, as well as sales of sealing components. Shareholding penetration data from Qichacha shows that the company is jointly held by Jinghua New Materials and others.
