Liu Xiaoming: Hainan Province will seize opportunities and accelerate the construction of an international tourism consumption center.

Liu Xiaoming, Deputy Secretary of the Hainan Provincial Party Committee and Governor, stated at a press conference organized by the State Council Information Office on July 23 that this year is the year of Hainan Free Trade Port's operation and expansion of opening-up. Hainan Province will seize the opportunity and accelerate the construction of an international tourism consumption center. On one hand, it will accelerate the creation of new influential cultural and tourism consumption scenes; on the other hand, it will further create a safe, trustworthy, joyful, and comfortable tourism consumption environment. Based on this, Hainan Province has launched the "Trustworthy Consumption in Hainan" service system, providing tourists with a one-stop service process from understanding businesses, purchasing goods, to complaint protection and advance compensation.
