Zhaoci Group and other investments have established a new company, including AI business.

According to the Qichacha APP, Zhaoci Zhi Xian Technology Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 300 million yuan. Its business scope includes artificial intelligence theory and algorithm software development, artificial intelligence basic resources and technology platform, and artificial intelligence application software development. The equity penetration displayed by Qichacha shows that the company is wholly owned by Shenzhen Zhaoci Jing Xian Technology Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Zhaoci Group.
