According to the Qichacha app, recently, Guangdong Energy Bohe Fuel Supply Chain Co., Ltd. was established with a registered capital of 1.832 billion yuan. Its business scope includes: sales of coal and products; lubricant sales; sales of non-metallic minerals and products; sales of petroleum products, etc. According to the equity penetration displayed by Qichacha, the company is wholly owned by Guangdong Power Industry Fuel Co., Ltd., which is jointly owned by Guangdong Electric Power A and Guangdong Energy Group Co., Ltd., each holding 50% of the shares.
