French media: Violence events are frequent, and curfews are being implemented in many places in France for minors.
According to the report from French BFM TV on the 22nd, several regions in France have recently announced curfews for minors in response to violent incidents that began last week in cities like Limoges. The report stated that a mass violence incident occurred in the central French city of Limoges on the night of the 18th, with hundreds of masked individuals engaging in intense clashes with local police. Limoges Mayor mile-Roger Lombertie accused this of being an organized and premeditated "urban guerrilla warfare" and immediately announced a curfew for minors under the age of 13 in the area. However, even after the curfew was implemented, many young people continued to gather and cause trouble, prompting the mayor to announce an increase in police presence to maintain order. Subsequently, other cities in France have also implemented curfew measures for minors. A municipality in the suburbs of Paris announced a curfew for minors under the age of 18. The city of Saint-tienne also stipulated that minors under the age of 16 are prohibited from going out from 11:30 pm to 6 am the next day. The mayor of Saint-tienne stated that he believes the parents of these children will support the government's decision. The city of Nmes in the south of France also announced a curfew for minors under the age of 16 on the 21st due to recent incidents of severe violence.
