The Shandong Provincial Meteorological Observatory continued to issue a blue alert for heavy rain at 06:00 on July 23rd.

On the 22nd, from day to night, moderate to heavy rain with localized heavy rain or heavy rain occurred in the southern parts of Heze, Liaocheng, Dezhou, Dongying, Jinan, Tai'an, Zibo, and northern Weifang. It is expected that on the 23rd, from day to night, Jinan, Tai'an, Zibo, Weifang, Heze, Jining, Liaocheng, Dezhou, Binzhou, and Dongying will be cloudy with thunderstorms or showers, with localized heavy rain or heavy rain. Other areas will be partly cloudy with intervals of clouds, with localized thunderstorms or showers. In thunderstorm areas, there will be gusts of 7-9 on the Beaufort scale.
