Due to the continuous formation of rain clouds over the sea, the central area of Shenzhen has already seen 20-30 millimeters of rainfall in the past 1-2 hours. It is expected that in the next 2-3 hours, areas such as Luohu District, Nanshan District, Futian District, Baoan District, Guangming District, Longhua District, Zhujiang Estuary, Shenzhen Bay, and Longgang District will continue to experience 20-40 millimeters of precipitation. The Shenzhen Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow rainstorm warning signal for the above-mentioned areas at 21:14 on July 22, 2025, and the entire city has entered a state of preparedness for heavy rain.
