News from Zhitong Finance APP, Macro Digital Technology (01942.HK) announced that a total of 229 million shares of placement shares have been successfully placed at a price of HK$0.475 per share to no less than six placing agents in accordance with the terms and conditions of the placement agreement, equivalent to approximately 16.67% of the total issued share capital after the completion of the placement and issuance of new shares.
