Han Yi Group announced on the evening of July 22 that the company plans to purchase the equity of Shanghai Pidong Culture Media Co., Ltd. for a total of 102 million yuan through the acquisition of old shares and capital increase. After the transaction is completed, the company will obtain 39% of the equity of Shanghai Pidong Culture Media. The main business of Shanghai Pidong Culture Media is the creation of cultural products, development and sales of IP derivative products. By obtaining authorization for famous IPs in fields such as esports, games, entertainment, animation, etc., the company designs cards, trendy toys, and cultural and creative peripherals based on IP images or elements, and generates revenue through online and offline sales.
