Shanghai Electric announces: Changes in directors and senior executives. Dong Jianhua and others resign and new positions are appointed.

Shanghai Electric held its one hundred and thirteenth board meeting on July 22nd, to review and approve the changes in directors and senior executives. Dong Jianhua resigned due to age reasons; Yang Hong and Fu Min resigned due to job changes, with Fu Min remaining as the secretary of the Discipline Inspection Commission. All three individuals have fulfilled their commitments and their resignation will not affect the company's normal operations. Additionally, the board appointed Hu Xupeng, Qiu Jiayou, Wei Xudong, Zhang Yan, and Qiao yinping as new members, with their term ending when the current senior management team completes its term. The company's Audit Committee had previously approved the change in the financial officer.
