A record high of 6514 passengers in a single day on the Xiamen-Kinmen "mini three links" route since resuming service.

The reporter learned from the Xiamen Maritime Bureau that on July 20, the daily passenger volume of the Xiamen-Jinmen "small three links" route reached 6,514, setting a new record for daily passenger flow since the resumption of service on January 7, 2023. Starting from January 14, 2025, the daily flights of the Xiamen-Jinmen "small three links" route will increase from 20 to 24. In the first half of this year, 4,215 passenger-carrying flights were operated, carrying a total of 814,200 passengers, with a year-on-year increase in passenger flow of 46.3%. As summer vacation approaches, the Xiamen-Jinmen "small three links" route is experiencing a peak in passenger flow. Since July, the number of passengers sent has exceeded 87,000, with an average daily passenger flow exceeding 4,000. The Xiamen Maritime Bureau continues to strengthen traffic organization, customs clearance services, and on-site supervision, actively preventing the impact of typhoons, severe convection, and other adverse weather conditions, and fully guaranteeing the safe, smooth, and efficient operation of the route. According to the Xiamen Maritime Bureau's estimate, the Xiamen-Jinmen route will send over 200,000 passengers during the summer vacation.
