The Palace Museum announced on its official website on the 22nd that, "Due to an exception during the upgrade of the ticketing app on July 22, 2025, the ticket quotas, types, and prices from July 22 to July 28 were displayed incorrectly. Currently, the app function has returned to normal. For visitors who purchased tickets during this period of exception, we will contact you as soon as possible through the customer service hotline 400-950-1925 to regenerate the correct order and ensure your visiting rights." The person in charge of ticketing at the Palace Museum told reporters that this was an abnormality during system debugging. Although successful ticket reservations occurred, the ticketing path was not from the official reservation system, but rather from a testing ticket pool. No formal ticket orders were generated, and currently, we have contacted the ticket buyers via text messages.
