Zhixun Finance and Economics APP, China Health Technology Group (01069.HK) announced that on July 22, 2025 (after trading hours), the company entered into a placement agreement with the placing agent. According to this agreement, the placing agent has conditionally agreed to act as the company's placing agent to facilitate the placement of up to 17 million shares of placement shares to no less than six placing persons. These placing persons and their ultimate beneficial owners are all independent third parties, and the placement price is HK$0.28 per share.
